- NEXIA NS series frontal loading washing machines with a new compact and captivating design are designed to guarantee the same results of the production machines and meets any type of treatment.
- This process permits to transfer the recipes directly to production machines with the same liquor ratio, achieving the same effects. Equipped with both low- speed and high speed extractor (NS 40 C).
NS SERIES CENTRIFUGING WASHING MACHINES FRONTAL TYPE FOR SMALL PRODUCTION
The main revolutionary system of this new generation machine is the beaters which are extractable and interchangeable with different shapes for various types of treatments.AISI 316 stainless steel drum barrel drilled in a perforated sheet to ensure a high exchange of bath between the external containment tank of the rotating drum.OPTIONAL FOR NEXIA NS:
- OZONE treatment application, with both water and dry application.
- The revolutionary NEXSTONE abrasive bars, pumice-free stone washing system.
- WAVE system, for water and ozone recycling.
- NDROP system, double front and rear nebulizer.
ENERGY SAVING
The space between the drum and the containment tank is reduced to the minimum. This characteristic allows to work with a really low liquor ratio (1 to 3), which not only reduces the environmental impact but also significantly lowers time and energy consumption.
PC CONTROL
All Nexia NS machines can be connected with a new remote assistance service which allows us to fix any issue. Nexia expert Team next to you to satisfy any customized requirements.
Touch screen operator panel to control all machine functions, simple to use with wide number of automated programs.
