Nexia NDRY

The NDRAY rotary dryers serie are sturdy and powerful machines. The criteria used in constructing the different parts made up a realisation that balance new technological features and productivity requirements. The operating principle is based on flap exchangers heated air circulating system when steam is used or with specific burner, supplied with methane or GPL.

ROTARY DRYER FRONTAL TYPE NDRY

The loading and unloading system of the garments takes place by a large front door totally built in stainless steel. The door has a pneumatic movement, a window in high thickness tempered glass allows wide vision of the garment inside the cylinder in the drying process cycle. The structure is in carbon steel properly varnished, composed by two parts: one fixed and the other movable to allow a better unloading. The movable part use a pneumatic cylinder placed in the bottom rear of the machine.Nexia team work every day to create and ditribute premium, ethically and sustainably products through excellence in innovation and responsible manufacturing practies.

We are pleased to present the brand new Ndry 200 and 300 Circular Energy line, designed to recover the exhaust air heat to warm the incoming air. The system recover the heat otherwise dispersed in the air , reducing the energy consumption needed by the exchanger.

The new technology can be easily installed on existing dryer machines too, both Gas or Steam model.
